Our team at SWVL discovered through data and customer interviews that the map is a crucial feature for users when deciding whether to take a ride. Our mission was to improve the map view on the booking confirmation screen to enhance this critical decision-making process. By improving visibility on the map, search to booking conversion should increase as well as ride completion.
